Acceptable Use Policy

Organizations and users must use NFP lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner that protects donors, volunteers, and the platform.

Effective date: June 14, 2026

Prohibited activities

  • Violating fundraising, privacy, sanctions, anti-fraud, or consumer-protection laws.
  • Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, scraping accounts, or disrupting the service.
  • Misrepresenting donation destinations, campaign purposes, or tax treatment.
  • Sending spam, phishing messages, harassment, hate content, or deceptive solicitations.
  • Using the platform to process prohibited businesses, unlawful goods, or activities disallowed by Stripe or applicable law.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse, remove content, suspend access, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests from regulators, courts, or payment partners.

Customer obligations

Organizations must maintain accurate campaigns, appropriate user permissions, lawful consents, and internal controls for restricted funds, receipting, and donor communications.
